We currently offer delivery services within Sri Lanka. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss options and availability.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Within Colombo and Surrounding Areas: 1-3 business days.
• Other Areas in Sri Lanka: 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or logistical delays.

3. Delivery Charges

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

6. Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details or if no one is available to receive the package, they will attempt delivery again, or your order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
